Our Booth for TFest 2026
Our Booth for TFest 2026

This past weekend was TFest 2026 in Pflugerville, TX and we decided (almost last minute) to do a vendor booth when one came available. It was a LONG three days of manning the booth (solo on Friday) and then with Erin's help on Saturday and Sunday. HUGE shoutout to my wife for helping me pull together the look of the booth. It really looked great! Thanks, honey.

I had a ton of great conversations and we sold enough that it was well worth it. The size of the show and it being local kinda balanced out, making it worth the time. If it had been a remote show where I had to pay for a hotel room as well, it would have been about a wash, so not really worth it.

I also got to run three sessions for Of Hearth & the Harrowing and I always love introducing new players to the game! Over all a very successful first time vendoring, and now I know what level of show I need to make it worth my time (and money). I'm looking for ways to vendor at more shows within the TX area, so if you have recommendation on shows to check out, let me know!

Also, hopefully the next time we vendor we will have more to sell! This time I brough some Chaosium stuff, obviously Hearth, and Erin whipped up a bunch of art prints, which were a great little add on or something someone could buy without breaking the bank. We have lots of ideas of other things we can sell at a booth, and we are hard at work on the first expansion, so more to come on all of that.

Anyways, I'm gonna go back to resting now, cause that was a long three days of being active, on my feet, and running games.
